Kingswood Village Apartments is a 10 unit building.

Each unit is clean and efficient and includes a living room, kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom.

Heat is included. Electricity, local cable, telephone and high-speed internet are available. There are several windows in each apartment and a covered porch area for each unit.

Parking

There are plenty of parking spaces for you and your guests. The building is NOT located on a high-speed road which is great for privacy and safety.

Laundry

Laundry facilities are available on site.

Grounds are very well maintained in the summer and snow removal is included in the winter months.

Policies

Sorry, we do not allow pets or smoking inside the units.

We require 2-3 references and 1 months rent for a security deposit.

When you move out, your unit must be in as good condition as when you moved in with the accept ion of general usage.
