PRE-DESIGN PROCESS
Using a "design worksheet" to cover all topics and making sure that all information is completely accurate; we write a proposal and submit to our customer to be approved. Once the customer is completely satisfied with all aspects, we request a 50 % deposit. Once the proposal is signed and deposit certified, the work begins.
DESIGN
A mock-up design is created and shown to the customer, at which time the customer is encouraged to make all final changes. The customer will be allowed to make as many changes as desired, but should be aware that we do charge by the hour and changes take time, so it is beneficial to be specific when first ordering.
ORDERING PRINTS
We subcontract our printing services. We submit approved designs to 2 or 3 printing companies, depending on the size of the job, and request quotes from them.
PRINTED ITEMS
Printed items may be picked up at the Studio or shipped directly to the customer. We do not guarantee any shipping times or conditions of packages upon arrival. Customers will be billed for shipped items.
